The Law Offices of Terry Lynn PLLC was formed in 1998 to provide personalized legal services. In addition to a litigation practice, the firm provides legal services to individuals and businesses for a variety of issues, including wills, real estate, contract negotiations, contract interpretation, the drafting of homeowners’ association documents and bylaws, insurance coverage issues, and petitioning the court for guardians.
As the founding attorney, Terry Lynn is an experienced litigator in both the state and federal courts. She has litigated cases involving products liability, premises liability, automobile claims, Workers’ Compensation, construction defects, professional liability, ADA claims, and contract disputes.
Terry Lynn was born and raised in Charlottesville. Her interest in the law came at an early age while watching “Perry Mason” with her father. Terry’s parents supported her throughout college and law school which she attended in Malibu, California. After thirteen years of being a litigator in southern California, Terry moved home. In 1998, she opened her firm in Earlysville, Virginia with the goal of providing personalized legal services to each of her clients. Terry’s goal of being devoted to her client’s best interest has never wavered. Whether a first-time homebuyer needing real-estate assistance or a governmental entity needing counsel, Terry cares about their particular goals and interests.
Terry’s passion for the law fuels the diverse nature of her practice areas. Whether drafting a will or defending a multimillion dollar lawsuit, each matter is distinct and requires an attorney who cares about the details.
