Business

Terry serves as corporate counsel for numerous businesses in central Virginia.  She has assisted businesses in drafting contracts, creating bylaws, preparing articles of incorporation, negotiating purchases and sales, forming LLCs, drafting and revising company policies, and handling collections.  As corporate counsel, she makes herself available to answer legal inquiries as they arise.
