After her mother had a stroke, Terry witnessed the lack of care and attention given to many elderly adults.  These men and women needed an advocate.  This experience led Terry to become certified as a guardian for incapacitated adults.  For clients looking for someone who will protect their loved one’s rights, Terry passionately serves as the voice of protection.  In addition to serving as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults, Terry will petition the court when it is necessary to appoint a conservator or guardian for your loved one.  Whether due to incapacity, an accident, or health issues, Ms. Lynn gives her clients the individualized attention necessary in having someone appointed to care for their loved ones’ needs.
